This page is devoted to those of you who have been selected to be a mixedCORE representative for your school. You are the only one at your school so it is important that you somewhat take this seriously. You should be an ‘emerging artist’ and have a will to be a part of this group. You aren’t just a viewer, but will actually become a participant of mixedCORE. The basic purpose for you representatives is to spread the word, idea, and act of mixedCORE. If you don’t completely understand what mixedCORE is about, click here. You should verbally talk to others in your school about this and try to get as many contributors as possible. It is important that you understand and perhaps agree with the philosophy behind mixedCORE (don’t know? click here). mixedCORE is just starting out, so first off you guys need to get flyers from Morgan Welch, Greg Gandy, or Clay Hardwick and post them all over your school (without getting in trouble!). Talk to others and tell them to go to the web site. In the end we want artists and nonartists alike to CREATE art. Everyone needs to understand that it isn’t a competition between each other necessarily, but where mixedCORE will healthily cultivate one another into this community. Purpose: Responsibilities:
Here are the various flyers for mixedCORE. Print one out and make lots of copies to post yourself in your school or on the web. OR if you want, design your own flyer… make sure to send it to us so we can see too.
